April in Review
It’s June! I’m not sure how it happened. I’m not sure if April or May were even things…were they? I can’t remember and I hardly know what day it is but alas, I’m looking at the calendar and it’s officially JUNE!
So, because I wrote this blog at the beginning of May (eyeroll, I know) and then never mashed the video for the month, I’m just going to leave the text as is an a May review blog will follow…then maybe I’ll be caught up before July???
“April truly flew right by. On a personal note: I spent a lot of time spring cleaning, catching up with friends now that I’m back in Denver, listening to the new Lizzo album (I meeeeaaannnn…..soo good), seeing some live music, and doing a ton of baking and food photography (yay chocolate!). I’m falling a little behind on my reading list but I’m still determined to hit that 50 book goal this year.
In terms of April for the business: I was busy restocking items that were sold out on the website and low stock after Magnolia’s Spring at the Silos. There are still a few things that are not currently available online and I’m working on it and determining if some older styles need to hit the highway. I filled so many new bag orders- I’m so into these new pieces and I’m so SO happy you guys are loving them just as much! And I worked with Cayman Jack to do a really cool project for their Cinco de Cayman celebration at Jovanina’s Broken Italian. We came up with two keychain styles with their logo and I would be hand stamping them on site at their event on May 3. How fun!
I also posted a SUPER vulnerable blog post that I completely obsessed over for days before hitting publish and if you haven’t checked that out yet you can find it here.
I’m busy dreaming up new pieces and I’ll let you in on a little secret (lean in…): I’m SO determined to launch a home goods collection SOON with some really cozy pieces for your own, personal space and I’m working through that and deciding what those will be but ideally it will be a 10-piece collection and I’ll stop myself there! You’ll just have to wait and see, so don’t forget to follow along here and Instagram and sign up for the newsletter!

Okay. So quick update. Those home goods pieces are coming along as we speak (type/read?)! There are officially eight different pieces completed and in testing stages and about 4 more styles to finish sampling! There have been a few teasers shared on Instagram so be sure to head over there to see updates!
