ABOUT

“All items in the Stitch & Shutter collection are handmade by me from start to finish in Denver, CO USA. I use vegetable tanned cowhide leather of varying weights for my products. The leather is then cut, dyed, saddle stitched, edges beveled and burnished with beeswax from my father's bees. Everything is done entirely by hand. My goal with the goods I offer is to combine traditional craftsmanship with modern yet timeless designs. ”-Megan

MINIMUMS

$200 Minimum order for first time accounts $100 Minimum order for re-orders

PAYMENT METHODS & TERMS

Credit Cards, PayPal, Personal Check, Bank Transfer, Square
Payment for new accounts is expected when the order is ready for shipment. Terms are sometimes negotiable, please contact the seller with specific questions. Payment terms may be set at Net15 or Net30 for established accounts.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping methods can be negotiated based on the retailers preference. Please specify when placing an order. The retailer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will be determined based on weight and quantity ordered. A shipping estimate can be provided once the quantity and contents of an order are known.
*Note: If an order is placed online via the wholesale platform, a free shipping code will be provided and an invoice will be sent for the cost of shipping when the order is mailed.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time for items vary. 4-6 weeks is a general estimate, but this depends upon quantity and item(s) ordered.

RETURNS, DAMAGES & REPAIRS

Returns will be accepted on defective or damaged items for 15 days after an order is delivered. A replacement or repair will be made and will ship within 1 week of receipt of damaged goods. Returns will not be accepted on unsold merchandise. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom order requests are sometimes accepted. Please contact Megan at megan@stitchandshutter.com with custom requests and questions.

SWATCHES & SAMPLES

Swatches and completed samples are sent upon request. Completed samples are sold at full retail which can then be credited to the retailer’s future wholesale order. The retailer is responsible for shipping costs for these items. Swatches are expected to be returned to the seller within 15 days of delivery.

CONSIGNMENT

Stitch & Shutter Leather Goods does not currently accept consignment orders. Please contact Megan at megan@stitchandshutter.com with further questions.

ORDERING PROCESS

Orders can be made online in the wholesale portal with a password. Additionally, an order form will be provided for your convenience. Please specify quantity, color and any other variations for each item ordered.
